Custom and personalized products are made especially for you, so they are final sale and cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.

Return Policy

At E. Nichole & Co., we want you to love your stationery just as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—quick, easy, and stress-free.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Just send us an email, and we’ll help you from there!

Custom Items

Because custom items are made especially for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

This includes:

  • Custom stationery

  • Personalized planners

  • Custom notepads

  • Digital downloads

  • Any other custom item

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (we hope not, but just in case!), email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it or make it right ASAP.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Shipping Policy

At E. Nichole & Co., we ship your cute stationery with care, love, and a little touch of sparkle. Here’s everything you need to know:

Processing Time

We hand-pack every order with love!

  • Standard items: 3–7 business days

  • Custom items: 5–14 business days (magic takes time )

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Free shipping on orders over $60 (because we love you).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your goodies all the way to your doorstep.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their care.
We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

But don’t worry — we’ll always help guide you on what to do next.

Wrong Address?

If you make a mistake, please notify us within 24 hours.
After an order ships, we’re unable to change the address.

International Shipping

Currently, shipping is only available for U.S. orders.
